Today’s young travelers are not making plans or traveling in the same way travelers of the past did. Long gone are the days where reaching a lot of people took just placing an ad during a tv show or in a certain magazine. Today, young travelers are instead learning about brands and destinations through peers and influencers. During the 2016 Phocuswright event, Chute’s VP of Marketing, Jody Farrar, shared insights around millennial travelers, their desire for authentic media, and Chute’s capabilities to make that easy for every travel brand and destination to manage.
