Selfie for the Win: Applebee’s® Partners with CBS Sports & Chute
With a new crowd-sourced menu lineup chosen by Applebee’s social fans, America’s favorite neighborhood bar and grill is launching a crowd-sourced marketing campaign featuring real guests.
Last fall, more than 4,600 Applebee’s Facebook Fans responded to the question “What menu items would you like added to our 2 for $20 menu?” Applebee’s listened, and now the top items have been added to the signature 2 for $20 menu, which allows Guests to select two full-sized entrees and a shareable appetizer for just $20.
Now, Applebee’s is asking guests to snap a selfie with their favorite 2 for $20 dish, and throughout the campaign, these user-generated photos and videos will be featured on CBSSports.com where fans can enter to win a trip to the biggest football game of the year in February.

Starting September 24, Guests can enter selfies at www.cbssports.com/applebees for a chance to win tickets to the biggest football game of the year in Phoenix in February. Selfies uploaded on the site or tagged #FanFavoritesSweeps will be featured on CBSSports.com.
