Chute is today announcing plans for the second annual Visual Revolution Summit on Wednesday, Nov. 5, in New York City. The event returns with some of the biggest disrupters in marketing and publishing to discuss and debate the current and future state of visual storytelling.

With nearly one trillion photos taken in 2013, consumers are pushing brands and publishers to communicate visually. This invite-only industry event is designed to bring together thought leaders from major brands, publishers and social platforms to discuss consumers’ demand and desire to engage visually and the impact this has on the future of marketing, communication and publishing.

Industry leaders will address topics ranging from the growth of digital video to the vital relationships brands form with influencers and fans to what brands and publishers need to know about emerging technologies, like augmented reality and wearable devices. Attendees will leave with insights and trends, plus a mix of high-level strategies and daily tactics worth implementing from top brands like Adobe, Chobani, Sony and Expedia.

“Today, people expect a two-way conversation with brands – and more often than not, they engage in that conversation visually through photos and videos,” said Ranvir Gujral, co-founder and CEO, Chute. “Understanding what this means for your brand or publication is critical to remain aligned with your consumers and fans. The Visual Revolution Summit is a disruptive conference for a disruptive industry, offering the chance to learn, network, and actively discuss and debate the current state and future of visual storytelling.”
